Weatherproof Materials & Design
The RoofBunk Explorer Super XL has our high quality 320gsm poly-cotton blend ripstop canvas material on the body of the tent and 600D Oxford polyester on the rainfly, making it completely weatherproof.
It can handle winds of up to 40mph (Gale Force 8) when opened, has waterproof silicone tape on the seams to stop leaks, and the material has a waterproof rating of 3000mm HH on the body and 5000mm HH on the rainfly. This makes it 3-5 times as waterproof as a regular ground tent and able to handle even the worst rain storms with no problem!
The materials have been treated with agents to make it UV and mould resistant, so it should be protected from being faded by the sun and we've made sure the material used on our tent is breathable to prevent condensation and dampness as much as possible. Also, because the materials are both dark and thick, it should stay dark for you in the morning, so you won't be woken up by the sun!
Our travel cover is made of 1200D/680g heavy duty PVC, so it will be very durable and has a high quality zip to ensure no water seeps in on wet days too!
Opens & Closes In Minutes
Our roof top tent is able to be set up and packed away in a matter of minutes with its fold out system. You can also keep your bedding inside when it's down too if you fold your duvet before- perfect if you're on the move frequently when travelling!
The set up process in short involves unzipping and pulling the travel cover down, using the ladder to unfold the roof tent, then putting up the canopy pole and all the window/rainfly poles. Fits Most Vehicles
You should be able to fit a RoofBunk Explorer Super XL soft shell on any vehicle's roof as long as you're able to keep the roof bars between 70cm and 160cm apart, as this will sufficiently spread the load weight evenly, but ideally aim to be closer to the middle of these measurements if possible!
Make sure to get roof bars that are rated to hold at least 72kg of weight and are ideally through bars in design, as these will always be long enough for the fitting brackets to go on them, but flush roof bars that have at least 70cm of unobstructed length for the brackets to fit will be fine!
You'll also need to check your vehicle’s maximum roof load capacity is over 72kg, which can be found in your vehicle’s user manual or after searching for the information online.

Spacious Design With Canopy
The RoofBunk Explorer Super XL has a large and tall roof tent design, allowing space for taller people to sit up when needed and have a more comfortable sleep.
It's the largest roof tent in the UK at 225cm (7ft 5), 240cm long (7ft 10) and has a high enough ceiling for the tallest people you know to sit up in at 130cm high (4ft 3).
All this allows you to sleep up to 2 adults and 4 children or 5 adults at a squeeze- especially when they sleep widthways!
On top of this, you get another 70cm x 225cm of space outside with the canopy at the entrance and even more under the overhanging floor (120cm x 225cm). The canopy fully covers the ladder too, so you don't have to worry about getting wet when getting in and out.
You can also add an annex awning for even more space and comfort and install it so the canopy overhangs the back too!
Light & Strong
The roof tent has a strong 25mm aluminium frame and can hold up to 350kg in total (55 stone) of weight inside it when spread across the two sides, so it's very well built.
It's light at 72kg (158lb), making it easier to lift on and off your car.
The light design also means it costs you slightly less in fuel and makes it easier to find suitable roof bars to hold the load if you don’t already have them.

Added Design Features
The windows are curved to help it handle higher winds and the canopy is too in order to reduce pooling.
We've designed it in a way that enables you to close it with more bedding in than other soft shell roof tents, as long as you fold your duvet or sleeping bag on the side of the RoofBunk that's getting closed on.
It also has black elastic strings inside it, which help pull the tent material in, so you should have less to tuck in when closing it.
You get a strip light on the roof that plugs into any standard USB port on a power bank to help you see when you get into bed.
We've put the travel cover straps positioned over the ladder to make sure it stays down when you're going over rough terrain or speed bumps to avoid damaging the aluminium base.
Plus every door, window and skylight on the RoofBunk Explorer Super XL has zippable mosquito nets on them to keep any bugs out, while still ensuring good airflow.
Included Accessories
Your RoofBunk Explorer Super XL comes with a high quality aluminium telescopic ladder that can extend up to 230cm (7ft 7 inches) and a comfortable 6cm (2.5 inch) thick memory foam mattress. The mattress can also be removed for easy washing or you can put your own custom sized mattress in it instead for even more comfort if you wish!
You also get everything you’ll need to install it, lots of extra storage pockets for phones ect, a USB strip light on the roof, a storm pole to prevent pooling during heavy downpours, 2 wing nuts to allow you to take the ladder off easier, 2 boot bags and 8 door/window porch poles are included too if you'd prefer to prop the doors open instead of rolling them up!

A Delightful and Unputdownable Read!

"Nine Month Contract" was an absolute pleasure to read. I was immediately drawn into Trista and Wyatt's story and found it to be a genuinely light and refreshing book. Seriously, I couldn't put this down!
What truly made this book shine for me was the beautiful development of the relationship between Trista and Wyatt. K.S. Wright crafts a believable and engaging connection that keeps you rooting for them from beginning to end.
However, the element I loved most was the author’s dedication to Trista’s personal growth. It was refreshing to see her character arc handled with such care. Wright allows Trista to be wonderfully vulnerable without ever compromising her strength or losing her essential self. She remains true to who she is, even as she navigates challenging circumstances, which made her a deeply admirable and relatable heroine.

New Trope for Me
Format: Kindle
The Prologue alone was the funniest thing I've read all year.
I LOVE the fact Everly gets her own pov, it allow the story to flow so smoothly. Plus she's hysterical.
I laughed so hard reading this book, I had tears in my eyes.
A surrogacy romance is a new one for me, but I went in open minded. And if anything I definitely have a new found respect for the practice. I love that Amy Daws did not glaze over the surrogacy process, and took the time to include the different practices and barriers one might encounter.
While this book can be read as standalone, I personally wished I started with Last On the List (Max's book) to get a proper introduction.
We of course know how the book would end, I still found there to be so many twist and turns. Especially when Trista had that heart to heart with her sister.
I believe this was a great start to the series, it made me look forward to the next book, which I immediately started reading.
My biggest issue I had with this story was it seemed like Trista often took advantage of Wyatt, basically from the moment she met Everly. And when confronted about anything she played the "pity me I grew up poor and unloved" card. At first it was funny, but then I'm like hmmm are you punishing this man because he grew up loved and well off. She often wants him to respect her boundaries, but could care less about his. No means no lady . She some what redeemed herself in the end, but I still struggled to connect with Trista as a whole.

Gets the Creative Juices Flowing
Format: Paperback
I picked up this book after hearing Kim Addonizio give a reading at my college when I was an undergraduate. Creative Writing and poetry were my areas of emphasis and although we used a different textbook in my poetry class, I came to love this one. It won't give you the formal training in meter and poetic forms that another textbook might, but I love the examples and the prompts for inspiration. It's my favorite book to turn to when I feel the creative well is running dry. It's warm and funny and you feel a real presence from the authors as if you have teachers with you. I haven't met Dorianne Laux, but I have chatted with Kim Addonizio twice after readings and she was lovely. (Her readings are fantastic, by the way, and I highly recommend them!)
If you are familiar with Kim Addonizio'ss poems then you shouldn't be surprised to find a section on erotic poetry in this book. Erotic poems have a long tradition in poetry and they are not "porn" as one reviewer suggested. Sexuality and sensuality are part of life and the artistic expression of such is a special skill set. I think it's fantastic that this book doesn't sensor that.
I love the examples chosen for this book--many beautiful, contemporary poems that utilize vivid and unexpected imagery. I find them inspiring. They make me want to write and they make me want to be a better writer.
I do believe that if you are a beginner or if you are considering this book as a textbook for a class you should consider it as a supplement to a book that goes into a little more depth in certain areas, such as Writing Poems (see if you can get an older edition, if you are lucky, as I see this book has become quite expensive). But this is a fantastic little book and I love having both a hard copy to underline and put notes in and a Kindle copy to keep with me on my phone so I can have a little inspiration with me for easy access.
No matter where you are in your journey as a poet, I believe this is a wonderful book to have in your library.

Received brand new book in perfect condition for less than ten dollars
Format: Paperback
Received brand new book in perfect condition for less than ten dollars. I needed this exact book for a creative writing course and I enjoy the exercises within the different sections. They are very thought provoking and creativity stimulating and would be excellent inspiration for any poetic or even descriptive writer. Also, I find the writing style of the author amazingly easy to read. It is simple and straightforward, easy to follow and not boring as some other texts are. The tone is inspirational honestly, always providing tips and writing encouragement. This is a nice positive twist and delightful different perspective for aspiring writers and though it sounds to be directed at amateurs, I think any author who may experience writer's block at times could find this useful and full of insight to try out fresh perspectives to pen about topics that may be applied to a broad range of subjects. Quality informative and yet uplifting text regarding poetic writing!

Practical, Useful, Down to Earth, Inspiring!

I love this book. After reading the first chapter early one morning I went outside to feed and water my cats and came in and wrote a poem about flowing water, tangled morning glories and memories of my mother. It's one of the most inspiring, practical and encouraging books about writing poetry that I've ever read, and trust me, I've read them all. It has technical information and poems to illustrate each chapter, which is very helpful. The suggestions at the end of each chapter are down to earth and do-able, unlike some books that are just too high-minded for the average person. If you love to write poems and just need some inspiration and a little advice and encouragement, then definitely buy this book. It's worth its weight in gold!
